'We want your 'tail to wag' as much as your dogs does when you say 'walkies’

So, make no bones about it, if you're not completely happy with our product or service, please email us at support@tailz.com.au within 30 days of receiving the product. Briefly mention why we or the product didn’t meet your satisfaction and we will happily refund your money back. We might also try to get your bags forwarded to a nearby rescue shelter so nothing is wasted, helping them out at the same time.

We are a very small startup at the moment trying to get things right and doing our very best. But if we get it wrong at any time, please just email us and we will try to sort it out ASAP to get 'your tail wagging' again!
